Stopped people being able to log on

On User’s login says Verify your Human – But nothing shows to verify – pretty fast way to loose customers . Thanks

Put it on your checkout but settings are locked so it wont show with any of your payment options!???? so basically you tick the box- I want on checkout But their own settings prevent it from showing on checkout. ? WHAT
