Stopped backing up to Rackspace

For the last few days, UpdraftPlus has been unable to successfully back up to the Rackspace Cloud Files container (on LON) I used with one of my sites. Having switched containers, checked API and username, back-up is still not working and error message remains the same:
Cloud Files error - failed to access the container ([curl] 77: [url] https://lon.identity.api.rackspacecloud.com/v2.0/tokens)
Rackspace says everything is fine on their end.
What should I do?
