Stopped backing up

The plugin was always working well in 2012. But in 2012 it stopped.
The settings were (and are) to backup the db everyday.It was backing up every day until December 28.
The next backup was on January 8 and 9. Then on January 24 I realized the last backup was from jan 24!!I turned off/on the plugin and then the backup happened on Jan 24.
I can see another backup on jan 27.Today is february 1 and still no backups.
In the options I read “Next backup date: 28 january 2013 @ 12:22”?!?!?!It february already :/
What’s wrong with that?
Why it’s not backing up? (Running 3.4.2 and WP-DBM 2.63)
