Could you, please, clarify what problem exactly are you having after the update?

I don’t know if I’ve got the same problem as EyalReches but since I updated WordPress to 5.x I can’t change anything in the popup-builder-settings. The popup on the site functions as it should, but when I click the plugin in the controlpanel nothing happens so I can’t change it.

I had a backup from the site prior to the upgrade to WordPress 5.x and when I restored that it functioned again, upgrading to 5.x caused it to not working again (the controlpanel, the popup still functions).

    Dear @jandoedel,

Could you, please, contact us for direct support?

My problem was probably caused by an incompatible(?) php-version. Updated it and didn’t test popup-builder afterwards anymore.. So for anyone else who isn’t able to edit the popups anymore, check your php-version.

    Dear @jandoedel,

Our plugin supports PHP versions started from 5.3 version.
So if you have a lower version, please, update to a higher version not to have problems with the popups. ??

I can confirm that this is an issue even AFTER the upgrade to 5.0. In the pb ‘Add New Popup’ page, none of the buttons work. In fact, when you mouseover, you see javascript:void(0) in the status bar (using Chrome).

Existing popups still work but you cannot make ANY changes to existing nor can you create new.
