Stop words not working

    We have the stop words “Hello from caravansales.com.au” in our spam filter list. Despite this we have emails with those words getting through.

    We are using JetFormBuilder.

    Thank-you. I changed my form to Gravity Forms. I was using JetFormBuilder and it seems that probably isn’t supported. (I also tested Gravity Forms logged in as an admin, which gave me a false sense that it wasn’t working.) All good. Thank-you.
