Stop WooCommerce from email admin for “processing order” email notifications

Hi @rafaelsuubalm

By default, the processing email is only sent to the customer and not the admin, unless of course you have another plugin sending it to multiple recipients.

Could you please add your status report back here so we can take a closer look at that? You’ll find it under “WooCommerce > Status” page.

Thanks for responding. Yup, you are right, by default WooCommerce only sends the email to customers, not admin which is why I am confused why my admin email received the email as well. Below is my current WooCommerce status.

Hi @rafaelsuubalm!

Thanks for sending over your system status.

You may want to check the settings of your WP Mail SMTP plugin, but in general, it is recommended to run a conflict test to rule this out.

This can be done by first temporarily switching your current theme to one of the default themes (i.e. Storefront, Twenty Twenty, etc..) and checking if the issue is still present.

If WooCommerce is still sending the processing order email to the admin, you can disable all other plugins, except for WooCommerce, test again and see if that makes any difference.
