Stop Window From Opening Automatically

    Hello. Thank you for such as great plugin. I have been testing multiple live chat plugins. One issue I am having is with you plugin, the live chat windows opens automatically. I find it annoying. Is there anyway to keep it closed until the user clicks on “Live Chat” button on the bottom of the page. This would be a great help. I dont want to scare my customers away

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for reaching out and for the kind feedback! Yes, it sounds like you’re referring to the default Smart Message (proactive chat popup).

    You can simply mouse-over ‘Contacts’ in the left menu from the dashboard, and select ‘Smart Messages’ from the sub-menu that flies out. On the following page you’ll see the default smart message where you can click the edit/pencil icon to edit the message and disable it, or simply delete it with the trash icon.
