    Hi, i set up the plugin and was working very well, i changed from the setting only a part of my TEXT on the bar and now is disappear

    I tried to clean the cache, checking from incognito and nothing to do

    Can you help me-?

    The behavior you describe we are unable to reproduce by updating parts of the text string for the banner.?We also used Thai characters to verify I18n support.

    A few things to help troubleshoot:

    1. The text field supports text characters only. Remove any code or special formatting.

    2. Review our plugin/theme conflict test. Verify the plugin is not conflicting with any other plugins or theme you are using. Switch to the standard WooCommerce Storefront Theme and disable all plugins with the exception of WooCommerce and Order Hours. Did that resolve the disappearing?bar? If yes, enable a plugin one by one to understand which plugin creates the conflict.?

    3. Are you using a non-local based cache service provider or CDN for the website? Even if you have cleared your local cache and use incognito, the server could still be storing a version of the banner creating the conflict.?

    4. By using a browser like Chrome or Firefox, trigger the store offline, go to your home page, open the developer console and check if any errors are occurring?on your store front.

    5. Check the status logs created by WooCommerce at?/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs, if you find any logs related to zhours, please send them to us.

    If the bar has disappeared?we expect something to be causing the JS not to load properly. I hope this information was helpful. If after investigating those items you are able to resolve the issue, reopen the post and send us the string you inputted and any logs from items 4 and 5 for us to continue troubleshooting.

    It was the cloudflare cache
