stop the header, footer and background image from reloading

    Is there a way to stop the header, footer and background image from reloading every time a user goes to a different page?

  • Not really. Every time someone goes to a new page, the css and images reload. If the images aren’t that big eventually once they are in the cache, that flickering won’t be noticeable.
