Stop Sticky Header from being shrinked

Hi there,
by design menu items become a little bit smaller, though the vertical menu icon doesn’t ( only the top/bottom margins decrease for it).
This is the CSS rule that shrinks the first level menu items when the header sticks to the top:

.sticky-enabled .tc-header .navbar .nav>li>a {
    font-size: 14px;
}

sticky-enabled is the class added to the body when the header has to stick.
