    Good afternoon all,

I just want to point out this plugin for WordPress is amazing! 5 Stars from me!

My question/query is how can I stop edits to my pages/posts from being added to my sitemap and keep it only as new pages/posts that get published?

For example, I have a mailing list and also a Google News page that uses my RSS sitemap and it does a great job of updating when I publish a new blog post or page.

However, when I edit one of my older posts or pages, it will add them to sitemap and they are displayed then at the top like it’s a brand new post/page.

I made a new blog post article yesterday and also edited a page I had first published in 2014. Then today I received an email with both links like they were both new information when only one was.

Is there a way I can stop this from happening and keep it to only new posts/pages that I publish live to appear on the sitemap? Any future edits to a page or post I make, I don’t want it resubmitting.

I hope this makes sense and I look forward to a response.

    Thank you.
