    Hello and thank you for a good plugin.

    Since upgrading (or before I’m not sure, using the latest version) the plugin stops sending out the newsletter. I have 350 subscribers but after 144 has been sent the plugin stops. It is not a limit of the webhost since I’ve checked that.

    I used both ‘WP mail’ and ‘PHP mail’ for sendigt. I use a external servise for cron jobs and don’t see any issues there either.

    I now have to go to Reports-sceen and click ‘Send now’, wait until sent and then click again and again until the newsletter has been sent to all.

    Glad for any suggestions or help.

    If you are using the Email Subscribers Starter or Pro plan then you don’t need to set up the external CRON on your end, Email Subscribers will handle this for you automatically. Please click here.

    To better understand the issue, could you please provide a screenshot of the Email Sending Settings and Reports page?

    It seems that CRON is hitting properly, but email sending isn’t working.

    Great thank you.
    For me it seems like the plug in stops sending after it encountered a email address that is giving an error. I’ll try to remove all those addresses and givit it a try again.

    So I have two lists f?r newsletter. One is now working since I removed all yahoo addresses, but the other list still stops sending after 147 emails. Before I removed the yahoo addresses it only sent 144, so some improvement (I now realized that I’ve missed one yahoo-address on the list, so it might be why it’s stopping)
    The yahoo addresses gives an error on the report-page, but I can’t se what error. Is there a log somewhere that I can find?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your response! Hope everything is going well.

    In the recent release we have improved the email sending debugging process, you can find the Email sending log located in the wp-content/uploads/ig-logs/ folder.

    To access the files, use the File Manager plugin. Log files should be named ig_es_email_sending-<date>-random-hash.log. Dates will be in the format years-months-days.

    Yes sorry for not getting back to you. After an update from you the sendings now works again. But the yahoo-addresses are still not getting the emails. I guess it is something to to with the webhotel I’m using for sending.
