Stop Searching and Start Using!

Over the last year I think that I have tried every script and plug in for PHP, Smarty, WordPress and Joomla promising to help you get started setting up your own Stock Media shop. Some have actually been well developed, but a little beyond my capacity for customization. I am an artist not a coder. I would rather be out shooting that tring to figure out PHP!

Other plugins that I have tried for Joomla and WP have just not been ready for market and I lost days “beta testing” peoples plugins that I paid good money for.

I have found Symbiostock to be a very mature plugin with all of the features necessary for setting up a stock shop already well developed. The plugin works well with themes that are integrated with Woo Commerce. I have found it to work well with Avada and a couple of other themes I tried. To make it even easier, Symbiostock has developed a theme specifically customized for the plugin. I have worked with it and it has everything you need to get your store up and running.

For those who are interested in adding stock video to their store, an add on plugin virtually automates the process. This has been the best part for me. Most all other programs that i have tried either do not permit video, or it has been a afterthought add on that doesn’t work and gets little attention. The Symbiostock developers are in to video themselves and are making video a strong component of their plugins.

While others have you make your own video previews and thumbs and tie it all together, the Symbiostock process does it all for you. Just upload your video and within less than a moment you have a preview and a thumb on line, with meta data! The other guys complain that it isn’t possible, or would take too much time to develop and they are “too busy answering tickets….”

As a bonus, Symbiostock is developing a community of artists and producers that will network their stores together into one storefront for media purchasers to have one stop shopping for all of the contributes. For everyone tired of “penny stocks”, it’s time to pull down your portfolios and set up your own shop!
