I’m using the tab widget but it automatically scrolls up to the top of the page when you click on a tab. How do I stop this from happening?

Also, how can I make all tabs (nav wrapper) the same height? if you see the 2nd and 3rd one are not aligned at the bottom with the first tab.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @calliz21 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I have checked the link that you have mentioned and understood the issue. I have checked the Tab Widget of ElementsKit in my development environment but couldn’t be able to reproduce the issue. Sometimes conflicts between the plugins can cause this type of issue. Would you please try running a plugin conflict test on your site for once?

?To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect if there is any plugin that causes the problem.

Let me know how it goes. If you need further assistance in this matter, I will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,

Thank you for the reply, Prosenjit. I performed a health check and troubleshoot the plugins, unfortunately it seems to be a conflict between elementskit and our theme. The theme is custom so not sure what I can do or what could be interfering. Any suggestions on anything in particular I should look for?

    Hello @calliz21 ,
I hope you are doing well.

Since you’ve found that the issue is with your custom Theme, there however could be settings within your theme to override Tabs or the developer has added some code within the theme that is preventing the Tab widget of the ElementsKit from working properly. We’d suggest reaching out to the developer of the theme you’re using so they can take a closer look at this for you and help you in finding a solution.

I hope this will help. Let me know if there is anything else you need help with.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
