Stop reducing stock on pending status

    Hi,
    I have an issue at the moment with the bank payment gateway and I really need a solution to avoid reducing stock for the status PENDING.
    At the moment, order is made, it comes in PENDING status and it reduces my stock…
    Is there a way to stop that and reduce stock ONLY when status of the order is COMPLETED?
