Stop Redirect on Submission

    I’ve seen this topic come up before and you spoke of an update to resolve it. The form redirects to the top of the page when submitted causing the user to then have to scroll back down to view the confirmation. If not an update, is there any way to stop or control this redirect? Thanks!

    Hi @jayx8, this is not possible at the moment. However we’ve just pushed an update to change it. After updating, you should be scrolled to the confirmation message after submitting a new ticket.
