Stop page refresh after submission

  • Hello,

    I would like to have the user submit the form and return the Thank You message without refreshing the page, and the user can close the form, which in my case is located inside a popup. Alternatively, I would simply like to append “/#” or “/form_submitted” to the end of the current page’s URL instead of the string generated by the plugin, and delay the page refresh to about 15 seconds so the Thank You message can be fully read.

    It seems that Rainmaker form submission is not working properly on your site.
    By default Rainmaker for submit via ajax i.e without page refresh.
    Can you give us link where you have set up Rainmaker form?
