    Hi,

I’m using the plugin on my website for a 3-slides carousel (full width, 1 image to show). When I go to my page, the carousel stops when my mouse is over it.

    How can I avoid it?

    Thank you very much

    Hi @mreichstadt ,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the behavior of the carousel on your website.

The current functionality of the carousel is designed to pause when the mouse is hovered over it. This standard feature allows users to interact with the carousel content without automatically sliding to the next item.

We understand you would like the carousel to continue sliding even when the mouse is over it. We appreciate your feedback and will consider this as a feature request. Our development team will review the feasibility of adding this option, and we will keep you informed whether we will add this feature or not.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,

Thank you very much for your answer. I’ll wait for the next update, it could be very interesting to have it like the “fade” option.

    Best regards

    Hi @mreichstadt ,

Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding the carousel functionality.

We are pleased to inform you that the feature you requested, which allows the carousel to continue sliding even when the mouse is over it, is available in the Pro version of our plugin. The Pro version offers enhanced customization options and additional features designed to provide greater flexibility and control over the carousel’s behavior.

While we continuously strive to improve our Lite version, certain advanced features, such as this one, are reserved for the Pro version to ensure we can offer a broad range of capabilities to meet diverse needs.

We are here to assist you with any other needs you may have.

    Best regards,
