Stop offload subfolders with specific path under uploads folder

Hello, I am using H5p for the authoring tool, which is a great free opensource for education. for the H5p content, all media and assets are stored in the h5p folder under the uploads folder. however, h5p content cannot be offloaded since they are compliant to a different logic. https://h5p.org/node/140570 I am also using Litespeed cache plugin that allowed me to point the original domain to media and assets without a CDN domain. so, I don’t need to worry about changing the URL of any media files. with WP media offload plugin and uploading files to S3, it would change the URLs of the media and asset files. in order to make H5p content work, I have to stop offload h5p folders which is under the uploads folder, in my case, how can I do so to prevent copying files form h5p folders to S3? the path of h5p content looks like thiks. /public_html/wp-content/uploads/h5p. do you mind sharing a piece of code to perform this action?
