    Actually, I have found a way to do this. I disagree with you on it being the best for accessibility to the user. What if they accidentally click outside of the modal window, and it closes before they are able to read what it says? How are they supposed to know what the site is warning them if they can’t read it, because of an accidental click outside of the box?

    Believe me, this is the best way to operate without hindering the visitors.

    Yes, you make a good point. But the way that I have my modal window set up I don’t believe it hinders the visually impaired. You can see mine at qcsmallbusiness.com.
