Stop Leaking TOTP-Secret to Google

    Hi,

    the plugin creates the QR-Code for TOTP with chart.googleapis.com-Webservices, leaking the TOTP-Secret (which shouldn’t leave the server) to Google.

    Could you draw the QR-Code within the plugin?
