Stop installing random crap

  • I just wanted an SMTP plugin but instead I got a whole bunch of other stuff also installed that caused so many conflicts. It’s got to be against someones ToS to install so many plugins along side this one.

    Thank you for sharing your honest feedback and we apologize for the confusion.

    To directly address your concerns, WPForms and AIOSEO plugins are not bundled in the installation of WP Mail SMTP. The options to install WPForms and AIOSEO as additional plugins are only available in our Setup Wizard and only if those specific options are selected during the setup process.

    We intended to provide great starter tools for popular/related needs while keeping the option to uncheck or uninstall if anyone was already using an alternative.

    We understand your concerns and have shared them with our team, so we can continue looking into adjusting this in a future release.
