Stop Google From Indexing Files

  • Hi

    I have a pdf files that I can host on my or other sites.
    I don’t want Google to index these files and no one should
    find the when searching use Google or others.

    I am aware of various ways to protect a post but that’s not what I want.

    The idea is that I will have a page (with no links to it) from my blog. On this page will be a link to the pdf’s.

    Only people who have the link from me (and not from Google) can download the file.
