Stop from playing

  • Hi, first thanks for this awesome plugin.
    Now my question is if it′s possible to stop music from playing… we can stop it at homepage but when we navigate to another page of the site music starts again.
    You have already improved your plugin with Resume playback feature, so to be perfect just missed this feature.

  • yeah, that would be great.
    if you stop the player autoplay should be switched off too.
    i tried to modify the code to set autoplay to false and even volume to 0 but it gets re-set when you change the page you’re on.

    Maybe the solution would be to have something similar to the way youtube handle it, where there is a button on the page for the user to globally turn on/off autoplay, stored in a cookie so the user’s choice is remembered on the next page visit. I don’t think it makes sense any other way. I’ll have a think about doing something as an add-on.
