Stop Featured Image from Displaying on Video Posts

One final thing…

Is there a way to have a featured image (for Facebook purposes etc) on my video posts but not to have it display. I want to use a screenshot of a video as the featured image so that people can see the video on Facebook links, but I don’t want to actually have it showing as this means I have the photo and video showing when the page is open. Like so…
