    Hello!

I schedule posts often and Jetpack is sending out emails for blog posts that have not yet published. For example, I’ll create a post like this one: https://taahp.org/kcg-development/ – I schedule to post to publish in 24 hours (in this case at 8:15 a.m. on May 28 – Note today is May 27th) but Jetpack still sends out an email to subscribers minutes after I schedule the post – so when the user clicks on it, it says “post cannot be found” – which of course this is the case, because it’s not scheduled to post until tomorrow.

How can I set up Jetpack to only send emails after the scheduled post publishes?

    Hi there,

This issue most is likely is due to a conflict with one of your activated plugins. So, the first thing I would suggest is disabling all of your plugins outside of Jetpack right before trying your next scheduled post and see if the issue you’ve been encountering occurs again.

If that results in the post being scheduled and then published properly, we’d most likely have a plugin conflict on our hands. To narrow down where the conflict lies, you’d need to enable your plugins one-by-one while retesting the workflow. With thirty plugins currently installed that workflow would be lengthy, so I would try deactivating the plugins that have not been updated in a while first. You have a few activated that haven’t been updated in years.

Hopefully, that helps. let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
