Stop editing unchanged blocks pls

    When I edit a page, you change all your ids. Eg uagb-block-d1d406d4
    “block_id”:”ff20ed48″

    All these change w/o me changing that part of the page.
    It’s not really good.
    Stuffs up reusable blocks to say the least. And caching, and other stuff.
