Stop duplicate submissions?

    I’m using Contact Form 7 and Flamingo. I want to be able to check if an email address has already been used to submit a form and stop it (and put up an error message) so people can only fill out the form once. I’m seeing some possible ways of doing this using “CF7 to Database,” but is there a way for me to add this functionality to CF7 and Flamingo?
