stop cookies/scripts loading ?

    Does this have feature to block all cookies etc. scripts from loading before user agrees with cookies ? for example youtube embed videos won’t show up / load if user doesnt agree. ?
    Plugin is one time payment, no monthly fees ?

    Yes, our plugin will block most of the commonly used plugins and scripts available on the WordPress platform, including embedded YouTube videos. If this does not happen automatically, you can use our Script Center to customize Complianz to achieve the desired result (https://complianz.io/integrating-plugins/).
