Stop changing colour when hovering

Whenever you hover over the buttons or links across the whole site, they change colour. I would like to remove this feature so that they stay the same as they are when static. Thanks!

I’m afraid this is not something that can be done easily since this is a feature that is pretty much present in every theme and/or plugin.
You would need to either work your way and set the same styles for every element with hover behavior or use the following CSS code to force disable all hover effects: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/28048900/remove-all-hover-effects-through-css
However, I would not recommend this as this can break some useful features on the website.
