Stop Automatically Download Remote Images to My WordPress

As my wordpress space is running out, and once I link images from Flick, the wordpress automatically downloaded the images.

Is there any plugin able to post remote images and NOT Automatically Download them to my serve?

Or

Is there any simple setting to Stop Automatically Download Remote Images?
