stop auto updating wordpress

    can’t believe there is nobody else asking about this.. How do I (is it possible) to stop wordfence from automatically updating my wordpress version???
    I love the other features, but updating wordpress core files while I’m asleep is simply insane!!
    Where can I shut this off?
