    I just started using this plugin because I find it the easiest and the best. However, I’m encountering an issue when using it.

    It gets stuck for a long time at “Configure product listings,” just loading, and even after waiting for 30 minutes, there’s no change.

    I searched for solutions through searches and discussion forums but couldn’t find any. So, I decided to write here, hoping to get an answer to my problem.

    • Please don’t suggest checking the logs because I’ve already done that and there’s no error. Everything is normal. I hope this message reaches the plugin developer for a fix or maybe someone has the best solution for this issue. Because I’ve read in several discussion forums that many people are experiencing similar problems but there are no answers that resolve it.

    I understand you already checked other threads about it, but since we don’t know what troubleshooting steps you already followed (besides checking for errors) I’ll list them here, please let us know if you already checked them and your findings ??

    Have you followed all the steps here to connect your accounts?

    If you did, can you please try reconnecting it?

    • Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (switch example.com with your website’s URL)
    • Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
    • Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
    • Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack (if applicable)
    • Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

    The next step would be trying a conflict test, but let’s first see if reconnecting solves the issue ??

    I’ve done that but the result is still the same. Stuck there, loading takes very long.

    I’ve reinstalled the plugin, but it’s still the same.

    Thanks again for getting back with further details on this. I understand you already tried several steps to troubleshoot the issue, but it still persists.

    Just to understand the issue even better, have you tried deactivating all other plugins leaving only WooCommerce and your Google Listings & Ads then try to connect again?

    Also, please be sure to recheck the general requirements for Google Listings and Ads to work properly:
