This should not be happening!

The notice you see in the backend is just to request users to give us good ratings if they are happy using the theme.

But, this notice can certainly be removed if you opt out. It shouldn’t be appearing again. I’d suggest you to please contact us through our support center to see why its happening at your end.

I am sure talking and conversing with us will encourage you to give us a 5 star.

I’m sorry for the trouble.

If you’re seeing the notice anytime more than once, there must be something wrong. The notice appears only once and should be closed forever when you close it.

If you need any help, please get in touch from our website and we will be happy to see what is causing this.
