Somebody contacted me with an error that resulted in files not being able to be retrieved. I uploaded a fix within 40 minutes of the bug report. While I don’t know if this fixes your problem, I really wish I had the opportunity to look into the problem prior to being given 2 stars out of 5 for a rating.
Please contact me at [email protected] and I’ll see to it this is fixed. I am not sure why you can’t enter the options screen; but, there is definitely a reason. Please take a screenshot of your diagnostics screen and attach it to your e-mail. That screen usually helps me to troubleshoot the problem.
Also, with “send new files” do you mean to import new files?
