First of all, there is no pro version available to sell for new customers. We have given almost everything free here with few premium add-ons for sell on our site.
I can see you have been refunded for not having emails compatible to WPML plugin about a year ago from us, so it is obvious that you will get unauthorized error if you try to download premium product which you already refunded for.
After a year later you again contact us for WPML compatibility for emails which still not added in our product. So we asked you to share WPML plugin for testing purpose to give compatibility and you did share plugin zip (not license). I don’t think we are using it commercial purpose and it is absolutely legal with any open source code. You have to purchase their license because you have to use it on your site. I hope you understood the difference.
You sent the plugin zip to our email address from your email address that is not called stealing something from you.
We promised you to give 1 year free license for WPML add-on for the free version whenever available. But later, our team decided to give it in core product as free for everybody and we notified this to you immediately. But we could not able to found time to complete this feature until now, because we have to give priority to important features and our paid customer customizations & support.
You can not blame us for the delay or not keeping promises as we did not take any money from you. This is free, open source code and there is no guaranty that you will receive 100% commitment for your suggestions or support for any GPL code because every author or company who is giving open source code, can not satisfy all free users.
I hope I have given clear explanation about whole story and I also have all the proof for everything I explained above if required.
