stock widget not updating price

  • I installed stock plug-in and it’s added into main page of website via widget.
    The problem is that widget it not updating. how to fix it.

    Example of stock price has been stuck on 7.59$ for the Feb 6, but the stock has changed already,

    stock price should be in updated on the widget. but it’s not. what should i do
    please help

    Hi buyanzaya,

    If it’s possible, could you provide a link to the website in question? It is possible that your website is utilizing some caching (local copy) that is keeping the data, and therefore it might not update.
