Stock-status ist not working

Hello,
i have some trouble with the “in stock” conditions. If im set the settings of my lable to “show if stock status is out of stock” no lable shows. I can only set it manually in the product settings.

I tried to change the setting where the Labels should show of. Theyre only showing if im set them by myself.
