Stock Report Analytics failing to generate and email

When using Analytics > Stock > Download button, with “all products”, the system says that the report will be emailed but no email shows up. This csw would have 420 rows and 3 columns.

If I change that to ‘out of stock’ to get a smaller list, the report downloads in the browser.

I am able to see a .CSV and .CSV.headers file being generated for each download request under woocommerce_uploads/reports/ and I can manually download the files and view them in excel.

I am also able to get huge reports (thousands of rows and many columns) emailed to me under any of the other Analytics areas I tested, so this proves the email system is properly configured and working, as well as the system that would generate the CSV files is working. It’s just this one report that doesn’t work. This report worked about a month ago.

There are no failed or pending scheduled actions related to these exports.

There are no failures (or success) in the Mail Log plugin for this report download email. All other emails are being logged and show success.

There are no related failures in php logs.
