    Hi,
I have issues with the plugin.
We have a shop with two locations and the stock is managed at product level.
The stock levels on every location works fine and shows the correct stock levels for each location. However when I click on inventory it shows “zero”.
It doesn’t do that will all products – but I am not sure where the error comes from. We had no issues with the older versions and everything worked just fine. Not sure what is different now.

Ideas and suggestions would be highly appreciated!

    Thank you!

    BR, Markus

    Dear Markus,

Older version was not having the enable/disable feature, kindly go to stock locations page and enable the locations which you want to see in the total stock value.

    Thanks,
    Fahad

    Hello Fahad,

thank you for your quick reply.
Could you please be a bit more precise?
Where can I find the stock location page under products? or in your plugin under “Stock locations”?
Where can I enable locations so that I can see the total stock value?

    Much appreciated

    Markus

    Dear Markus,

Under products, where you have categories, there is stock location sub-menu or on my plugin settings page, you can find a tab related to the stock locations as well. Both sections can be used for enable/disable option.

    Thanks,
    Fahad

    Thank you Fahad!
It is still not showing stock levels.
Now when I go to one product – Product data – Inventory – Stock quantity is greyed out. If I go to stock locations I still have the same issue – stock shows correct for each location, but “Total Stock = 0” plus I have an additional error message: “The total stock does not match the sum of the locations stock. Please update this product to fix it or use cron jobs.”
    ==>Stock Location 1 = 3 == Stock Location 2 = 0 == Total Stock = 0

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

    Markus

I tested it with Fahad and it somehow worked, but only somehow. Doesn’t work for me since the update. Maybe you are more lucky, but I’m not happy about the update.

It has nothing to do with the latest update, sometimes we miss the cron job part and expect all the products stock values updated automatically, although it requires an interval based cron job so without overloading the database, it can keep all the products stock level updated. Please use the urgent help option under the help tab on the settings page, I will try my best to help you.
