Thanks for the help, but I am more asking if someone has had the experience of something working already. I did check all these plugins and especially eshop, but the stock management is not there as the site admin aswered himself on https://www.quirm.net/punbb/viewtopic.php?id=1104

Any other advice?

I will check the WPSC ticket plugin; it seems like it would help eshop to get what I want.

not strictly true – the question you asked on quirm is not quite the same as you ask here.

There is stock control in eShop, but it currently only displays on product pages.
