How can I block/reserve products that have been ordered and are pending payment?
The example I have is that clients are able to order online and then pay upon collection from my store. The order should be marked as pending payment and stock blocked until the client pays and collects. Once the client pays and collects the ordered is marked as complete and the stock is reduced.
Also how is stock managed when a customer adds an item to their basket?
Lets say someone adds an item to their basket that is only “1 remaining”. Is that 1 product block from other customers until the basket is check out?
If the customer decides not to check out or purchase the last remaining item, how long will that item remain in the basket/blocked before it is made available again to other clients?
