    Whilst I can update and add items to zettle using woocommerce, stock levels are not syncing when something is purchased through zettle and the corrected stock levels are not showing on zettle.

    Just to confirm the problem: The stock levels from Zettle –> WooCommerce are (sometimes/always/for some products??) not synchronizing.

    In order to further investigate this issue, we will need to take a look at your system report and Zettle logs. You can copy the logfiles from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.
