Hi. I am testing out the trail version of your plugin. I don’t have a scanner yet, so I am using the “enter” option to search for a product to add to the order. When I create the order, the stock does not reduce in my online store. Thank you for your feedback and help.

  • Hello,
Try to change status of the order.
By default qty of products is decreased then order goes to status “Processing” or “Completed”. Please try to create orders with these statuses and see if it helped.
You can set the default status for new orders in the Settings->Orders tab

    Hi Dmitry

Thank you for your quick reply.

I have tried orders with status “Processing” and “Complete” but still no stock reduction took place.
I have also created a payment method “Cash payment” as a method to choose, but also no stock reduction.
    Am I missing something?

Thank you again for your help.

The thing is that WooCommerce always handles QTY reduction (not our plugin).
As soon as woo-commerce sees order created with specific status (usually it is Processing or completed) it reduces QTY of the products automatically.

Could you check what status have orders created via website ?

    Hi Dmitry

So I have figured out what the issue was. There was only SKU’s added to the product inventory and not on the variations of each product. After testing by adding unique SKU’s to all variations the stock quantities are now reducing.

Thank you again for your quick response and help!

Thank you for letting me know how it was resolved.
