stock levels are not changing

Please cross check if you have enabled stock management under “WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory“. Enable stock management checkbox should be checked. Please check this screenshot for more details.

Also, to have immediate effect on the stock quantity you can enable stock management at product level. Please check this screenshot for more details.

Hi, thanks for your fast reply. Yes, sorry I should have mentioned I have already done both of these when I set the shop up. Do you have any ideas why it may not be working?

What was the stock quantity set as for those products in WooCommerce?

They were set to 50. We have sold 1 x https://elitecommandosurvival.com/product/after-school-half/
and 2 x https://elitecommandosurvival.com/product/12-week-term/ since setting the shop up

Any ideas?

@macpheek – I would suggest test on staging by deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and activating the default WordPress theme. If it works, then start activating other plugins one by one and keep testing to find out which plugin is creating the problem. If it’s not a plugin then its probably your theme. Let me know how it goes.
