I am actually using Event Tickets Plus version 4.0.5 but I am unable to login into the forum.
I have created a ticket with a stock of 2
It showed zero stock on the form after purchasing 2 tickets but I could still buy a ticket resulting in a stock of -1. (Paypal Sandbox)

How do I get this ticket to show SOLD OUT at 0 stock. I have seen reference to this problem in the forums but unclear of the resolution

    Thankyou
    Michael

Further to this post, I have done some more testing:
1-Editing the ticket within the event shows the stock reducing as expected as tickets are sold and this is reflected on my web page
2-Looking at the product in WooCommerce shows the stock level remaining the same and after the sales exceeds the original stock level it continues to show “In Stock”
I can force out of stock by changing this setting
    However
3-If I set the ticket to “Free” then everything works fine!!

    PayPal?
    SandBox?
    Thankyou

    Hi @michaely50,

Sorry for the delay in our reply, you are currently in grey area: unsupported license for a premium plugin!

I’ve talked to our manager and the best way we can help you is by email right now, please reach out to support at theeventscalendar.com and sorry for the ‘administrative’ delay.

    Best,
