Stock level problem when ordering

  • We have a problem with the stock level of the products. Our website sells lamps. You can order 1 fitting for each lamp. But when an order is placed, we see that -2 has been removed from the fitting. This is not right. He has to write off 1 fitting per lamp, but he writes off 2. How is this possible? Who can help us with this?

    Of course it doesn’t help me. I used the version, even bought the pro version of this plugin.
