• Hi,

All the products on my shop have a stock set to 1. Since a few days ago, when a customer checks out the quantity of products remains unchanged at 1. It only happens with some products.

I.g in a order of 81 products, 30 didn’t reduce the stock, and the rest had the stock reduced to 0.

It’s possible that a the plugin WooCommerce Customizer which i’ve installed a few days ago may have caused this issue?

    Thanks in advance

  • Geetar,

We ran into this problem on a recent installation as well. Make sure that you have the Manage Stock turned on in the inventory tab.

If you are selling variations, make sure that Manage Stock is turned on at both the parent and variation level, that the Stock QTY of the parent is 0 and the Stock QTY of each variation is set correctly.

    Regards,

    Hi Bob,

    Thanks for your quick reply!

I have “Manage Stock” on. I just got an update of the plugin mentioned above “WooCommerce 2.3 Compatibility”. I’ve disabled the plugin just in case.

    Best regards
