Stock doesn’t change after combination

Maybe it is not combined, that’s why. Are you running the cron job as well? It requires cron job scripts to complete some assigned tasks.

The combination seems to work just fine. But when I change the status of the combined order to “cancelled” the stock of the products within the combined order doesn’t increase.

If you are referring to the “Cron-Settings” in the settings page of your plugin, I just checked both boxes, however, this didn’t change the outcome. Still no stock increase after cancellation.

I think you are looking somewhere else, automation tab works differently. And if you are using the free version, automation tab is not available. So you are talking about the manual combine, right? Please send a recorded video or a couple of screenshots so I can understand your use-case.

Right, I am currently still on the free plan, but I would upgrade to the pro version if the re-stock works, mainly for automation features.

The situation is the following:

1. Buy first product
   – First product stock decreased by 1
2. Buy second product
   – Second product stock decreased by 1
3. Combine both orders manually (with deletion of the previous 2)
4. Set status of combined order to “cancelled”
   – Stock of both products not increased

When I do this, the stock doesn’t increase again after order cancellation, so basically the stock of 1 of each product is “lost”.

On the settings page under the help tab you will find the information to reach the developer. This case needs further testing, I would prefer to check it with you.

Please try the latest version and confirm which version you tried.

I tried version 1.7.5., 1.7.7 and 1.7.8. All the paid for pro versions. It works on none of them.

I cannot confirm about the stock restoration related tests yet. Please confirm about the basic/promised functionality of this plugin. Is it combining correctly? Automation rules are working fine?

About stock restoration, I have to check if the new orders are created by the script and is there any problem with the cancelled or refund status for the stock updates.

Здравствуйте! Есть ли какое-то решение данной проблемы? У меня то же не увеличивается запас товаров после установки статуса “отменен” на объединенном заказе. Версия плагина 1.8.1. Пробовал откатываться до 1.7.4, все равно не работает возврат товара

The problem is, combination plugin can repeatedly combine the orders and you can keep playing with the order statuses too. So every-time it combines, it never reduce the stock and vice versa.

Здравствуйте! Но когда мне нужно удалить объединенный заказ, я ставлю его в статус “отменен” и удаляю. Товар после удаления объединенного заказа не возвращается на склад.

You can obviously use your theme functions.php to script this function with the appropriate action hooks, please do not expect this outcome from the combination plugin as it would disturb other things too.
