    Hi!
I’m using product addons for a while and I noticed I need to control addons stock too. What’s the best alternative suggestion for this?
I’ve seen that for example product bundles have that feature but that will force me to create a bundle for each product and I need addons to be applied to multiple product categories.

    Any suggestion? Thank you

  • Hi @ricardoaraujo330,

You are correct that Add-ons aren’t able to have stock levels. That’s part of what makes them faster than variations when products need to have lots of options.

If you do have any questions about Product Add-ons, please open up a support ticket about that and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Product Bundles can be a way around the stock limitations with add-ons since the bundled products can have their own stock levels. This also allows you to share an “add-on” across products too.

    Cheers

Hi @three Sons, thank you for the quick answer.

Product bundles allow me to share the bundle settings with multiple products?
If yes, that’s a good alternative, if not, I think the effort is not worth it..

    Thank you,
    Ricardo

    Hello @ricardoaraujo330 ,

It’s good to see you using WooCommerce’s extensions.

Most of the contributors in this forum do not have access to premium extensions so you might not get a proper suggestion here regarding a paid feature. You can create a ticket in WooCommerce.com to get proper guideline.

    Thank you ??
